This should be essential for everyone, but even more so if you are a dancer or athlete.

The feet are the part of the body that we pay the least importance to, although they are the ones that carry the weight of our entire body every day, the ones that receive the energy from the earth to propel us, right?

Having strong and flexible feet and ankles is of utmost importance and if you are a dancer you will also be interested in having beautiful arches.To achieve this there are first a few things you should know and understand the basic function of your foot.
In this course you will first learn the theory, the anatomy in a simple and understandable way and then put it into practice.
PDF, classes with flexibility, strength, stability exercises and also key exercises to care for your foot with myofascial massages. All this you can see and do as many times as you want, from wherever you want, unlimited access! 

This are the elements we will use in the classes , if you don't have them you can found them on my Shop or get something similar from your home : Neuro Ball (highly recommend for daily use), Yoga blocks, bands.

You will receive a PDF where you will find the anatomical part of the foot, ankle and lower leg explained. Text and images that will help you understand how our foot is composed and thus know which exercises to choose to work on and achieve the goal we are looking for. 

Foot care class 

You will have access to a specific class of myofascial massage to learn one of the most important things, how to relieve our feet after so much exercise and work, after loading them daily with all our body weight without perhaps distributing it correctly. Taking care of your feet with exercises is as important as taking care of them by giving them the corresponding relief.



Strength and flex classes

You will enjoy 4 different on-demand classes, you get strength, flexibility, mobility, stability and proprioception exercises. Everything you need to combine to develop a strong, flexible and stable foot. You will have access to these classes forever!
