This should be essential for everyone, but even more so if you are a dancer or athlete.

The feet are the part of the body that we pay the least importance to, although they are the ones that carry the weight of our entire body every day, the ones that receive the energy from the earth to propel us, right?

Having strong and flexible feet and ankles is of utmost importance and if you are a dancer you will also be interested in having beautiful arches.To achieve this there are first a few things you should know and understand the basic function of your foot.
In this course you will first learn the theory, the anatomy in a simple and understandable way and then put it into practice.
PDF, classes with flexibility, strength, stability exercises and also key exercises to care for your foot with myofascial massages. All this you can see and do as many times as you want, from wherever you want, unlimited access! 

This are the elements we will use in the classes , if you don't have them you can found them on my Shop or get something similar from your home : Neuro Ball (highly recommend for daily use), Yoga blocks, bands.
