Schedule!
This is the schedule I recommend to follow to have better results and also to have a more organized training plan.
You can keep practicing this classes for more than 2 months, mixing them in the way you prefer!
Some tips I want to share with you:
- When you choose to start training, choose a calm place, wear comfortable clothes and try, first of all, to take a deep breath and connect with the moment of your training and with yourself.
- Not every day you will feel the same way, flexibility is not a linear path, one day you can be super flexible and another not so much, our emotions also have an impact on the degree of tension in our muscles. Always be patient and be grateful to your body.
- If you finish with the schedule and want to continue with the classes, you can distribute them as you prefer, taking into account that it is not advisable to do intensive flexibility work in the same area on consecutive days. Example, if today you do leg flexibility, tomorrow you could stretch your legs but at a much lower degree of intensity.
